Vibrating hopper
The hopper is equipped with a spiral upward track. When the vibrator below the hopper starts to vibrate, the nuts in the hopper will move forward along the spiral track in sequence. The position and shape of the nuts on the track are arbitrary. During the advancement process, the screening mechanism will exclude the nuts that do not meet the requirements one by one. The nuts that finally reach the exit will of course be the ones with the correct direction.
Storage hopper
More than 10 nuts can be stored in the storage hopper. When the number of nuts in the vibrating hopper becomes less, the detection device will automatically start the vibrator under the storage hopper, and the storage hopper will The nuts inside will continue to fall into the vibrating hopper until a certain number is reached, which is very suitable for situations where no one operates within a certain period of time.
Screening mechanism
There are generally ~ bumps on the welding nut. During welding, the bumps on the nut should face the workpiece to be welded, which imposes directional requirements on the nut that is transported to the workpiece. The screening mechanism screens the direction of the nuts. After appropriate adjustment, only the nuts with the correct direction can pass through the screening mechanism, while the nuts with the incorrect direction continue to move forward and return to the hopper.
Storage channel
After passing through the screening mechanism, the nuts with the correct direction enter the storage channel and line up in sequence. When a certain number is reached, a detection device will send out a signal to cause the motor to stop working. When the number of nuts is not enough, the motor can run automatically to continue to provide the hopper with nuts in the correct direction to the storage channel.
When working, each time it is started, the storage channel will release a nut into the conveying device.
Conveying device
This device is installed on the fixed point (convex) welding machine through a universal bracket. Its installation angle and position can be adjusted arbitrarily to adapt to various shapes of workpieces. The nuts coming out of the storage channel are sent to the conveying device by compressed air through a flexible hose, and the nuts are quickly ejected by a conveying shaft and accurately delivered to the workpiece.
Control system
Every action during the entire process of delivering the nut to the workpiece is sequentially controlled by the control system, and the time between each action can be adjusted appropriately to meet the special needs of customers. When debugging the equipment, you can use the buttons on the control panel to debug each action individually. You can also use the selector switch to choose whether to link with the fixed spot welding machine or let the fixed spot welding machine work alone.
Efficiency improvement
Compared with manual small workpieces, the use of nut conveyors can increase between 30% and 50%. The efficiency of large workpieces can reach 100%. The speed depends on The speed at which the workpiece is placed.
